It has been built in the year 2009 respecting the traditional architecture of the area, but equipped with all the necessary services today.
The type of rent of the rural house is complete. All the services are in the same building, besides, they are of exclusive use and of free disposition, they are not shared with the neighbors.
We Offer 14 seats, extendable to 16, installing two extra beds.
The House has 7 rooms: On T
he ground floor: 1 bedroom with double bed and bathroom adapted for people with reduced mobility.
On the first floor: 3 rooms with double bed and one room with 2 single beds. Each and every one of them with their own independent bathroom.
In the attic: There is a 4-seater family room, consisting of two differentiated spaces with two single beds each and a bathroom for both.
Also on the ground floor is the fully equipped kitchen, a large living-dining room with fireplace, a toilet and patio with enclosed garden of about 200 m2. In the attic we have another recreation area divided into two spaces with sofas, bookshop and TV with DVD.
It is a bioclimatic house, heated with a mixed boiler independent of pellets and biomass. It has a large water tank to irrigate the garden with rainwater and not to spend drinking water in this task, avoiding an antiecological consumption.
